1) Reconciliation analysis, comments and evaluation on monthly and quarterly of MIS reports of BCIC, BISFIC, BSEC ans BISCIC under the Ministry of Industries. MIS report of these Corporations with comments of the Ministry should be sent to the concerned organization for taking necessary action and also be published of the MIS reports accordingly. 2) To review reconciliation, analysis, evaluation and publication on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual production reports. 3) To prepare the annual MIS report of the Ministry and prepare the report on whole things and the prepared report should be sent to the Cabinet Division. 4) To supply the information & data of different corporations under the Ministry for taking Ministry’s Management decisions. 5) Data collection in order to reduce administrative cost as well as production coat by controlling misuse/wastage of raw materials & analyze thereof. Ministry’s comments be communicated to the corporations for necessary action. 6) To analyze and evaluate the comparative reports on Budget & Actual expenses of different corporations. 7) To collect, preserve and supply data of different branches/sections of the Ministry by using Computer. 8) The work of supplying quarterly data to Bangladesh Bank in their prescribed form, supplying report, Ordinance/Law, Industrial Policy and published report of the Ministry to the Prime Minister’s office etc. 9) To collect and supply different information & data of corporations under the Ministry in the eve of any discussion / meeting of the Secretary, Ministry of Industries with Foreign Organization and Economic representative. 10) To collect and put up data from other Corporations ( BJMC, BTMC, BFIDC etc.) 11) Monthly activities reports of all Industrial Institutions under the different organizations/corporations, Ministry of Industries to be submitted to the Secretary in short summary for information and necessary action at his end. 12) Reconciliation and evaluation works of Agrrement with the different IndustrialUnits under the different Organizations/Corporations and participation in the Inter-ministerial meetings and to inform in this regard. 13) Collection of quarterly information in the stipulated form from the different Organizations/Corporations and review and reconciliation, analysis and evaluation on information reports. 14) To prepare report on information and datas for Bangladesh Economic Survey, Ministry of Planning and take arrangement to send the same to the Bangladesh Economic Survey. 15) To prepare and submission of the financial activities report in the GDP on quarterly basis of the different Corporations under the Ministry for the Ministry of Finance. 16) Collection and preparation of answers of the questions of different newspapers for Honourable Minister. 17) To collect and prepare a report on daily products, sales, stock and statement of Bank items of the organizations under the Ministry and to preserve it in the computer as per direction of the Honourable Minister and submit it to the Honourable Minister as and when desires. 18) To collect information and datas of this Ministry on the different activities of the present Govt. and prepare a report and it should be sent to the Honorable Prime Minister's Office. 19) To prepare a report with necessary information and datas for publication ofa Diary(both in Bengali and English Versions) on the situation of the country for distribution all over the world through Bangladesh Embassies/High Commissions/Missions around the world. 20) Other related works should be done as directed by the authority/authorities from time to time. |
